Jen Easterly is the CEO of RSAC, leading its global portfolio, including its annual flagship conference and emerging professional membership platform. A cybersecurity pioneer, combat veteran, and national security expert, she brings decades of leadership experience across the public and private sectors and a relentless focus on people, mission, and community. Jen previously served as Director of the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, the Head of Firm Resilience at Morgan Stanley, and in senior roles at the National Security Agency. A West Point graduate and Rhodes Scholar, Jen is a two-time recipient of the Bronze Star and the George C. Marshall Award in Ethical Leadership. She’s a proud mom, mental health advocate, Rubik's Cuber, and aspiring electric guitarist.
